事業開発シニアマネージャー/ Senior Manager, Business Development

A renowned medical device company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Development. The selected candidate will lead new market strategy, business development initiatives, market research, and marketing capability enhancement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies for new market opportunities
• Formulate product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans
• Build KOL networks and manage hospital-targeting projects
• Support long-term strategic planning cycles
• Identify growth opportunities through M&A and strategic partnerships
• Lead market research and marketing excellence initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communication or business administration, or in medicine or biomedical engineering.
• Experience in developing and administering marketing programs
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior BD and digital marketing experience
