A global financial technology company is looking for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive business growth through end-to-end sales activities, pipeline management, customer onboarding, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver payment and financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse the company’s value proposition and support development of sales plans and strategies including income budgets
- Sell products and services while developing new account relationships
- Solicit and maintain a network of prospects
- Initiate contact with prospective customers to promote targeted products and services
- Manage sales pipelines across self-generated, partner, and marketing leads
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the Ready, Execute, Deliver sales process
- Handle customer onboarding processes including KYC, compliance review, contract arrangement, and billing requests
- Demonstrate product knowledge, market understanding, and competitive intelligence
- Prepare and present proposals using company resources and tools
- Negotiate and close opportunities aligned with customer expectations and delivery capabilities
- Work closely with Solution Consultants and Implementation Managers to define project scope and support technical implementation
- Attend and present at trade shows, partner events, and internal business development events
- Achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:

- Ability to present solutions and proposals effectively
