An international SaaS company is looking for a Sales Development Representative. The selected applicant will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, qualifying inbound leads, and supporting early-stage sales conversations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and drive pipeline in the Japan market
  • Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads efficiently
  • Engage in high-level conversations with executives and decision-makers
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Set up meetings and calls between prospects and sales representatives
  • Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation quotas
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance to the sales manager

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year of experience in a sales or related environment
  • Strong ability to understand customer requirements and solve problems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Native level Japanese

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Proficient in English
