事業運営マネージャー/ Business Operations Manager
A leading fintech company is seeking a Business Operations Manager. The role is responsible for driving business planning, performance management, and cross-functional operational improvements to support scalable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop medium- to long-term business plans, annual budgets, and roadmaps in collaboration with FP&A teams
- Manage enterprise-wide KPIs including ARR, churn rate, and other SaaS performance metrics
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting and landing forecasts in partnership with Sales and FP&A teams
- Design and implement sales quotas and incentive structures aligned with business objectives
- Optimise CRM processes (HubSpot) to ensure accurate deal and prospect data for decision-making
- Lead cross-functional business improvement and organisational optimisation projects including PMI initiatives
- Analyse sales and operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- Oversee order-to-accounting linkage processes and ensure coordination with outsourced BPO functions
- Ensure accurate and standardised sales data governance across CRM and reporting systems
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, corporate planning, or consulting
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce for business process design and operations
- Strong data analysis and modelling skills using Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience in cross-functional coordination between sales, finance, and product teams
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in KPI management or SaaS business planning i
- Experience in PMI or organisational integration environments
- Business level English (TOEIC 800+)
