A renowned manufacturing company is seeking a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen the brand’s market presence. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market strategies to expand presence in Japan’s coffee and foodservice sector
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across café chains, roasters, and convenience stores
- Strengthen relationships with distributors and key accounts to achieve sales targets
- Oversee showroom operations, ensuring engaging customer experiences and product demonstrations
- Analyse market trends, share insights, and contribute to global strategic discussions
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth projections
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Background in coffee, food service, or premium equipment
- Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English is ideal
