A global industrial gases company is looking for a Japan Beauty Care Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive key account growth, distributor performance, and market expansion within the beauty care sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic key account plans and coordinate cross-functional customer projects
• Manage distributors by setting targets, monitoring performance, and driving engagement
• Execute sales plans, ensure target achievement, and implement pricing strategies
• Provide technical, product, and marketing support to distributors and customers
• Strengthen customer relationships through seminars, support, and tailored solutions
• Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and support regulatory and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in science (chemistry, biosciences, pharma is ideal)
• 2-5 years of sales and marketing experience
• More than 2 years of personal care business experience

Preferred requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in a multinational company
