A global IT company is looking for a Sales and Business Development professional. The selected candidate will drive revenue growth by managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions in collaboration with technical teams. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through trust and technical insight
  • Identify and expand new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customised solutions
  • Lead client meetings to align on requirements and expectations
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor market trends and analyse competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling engineering services or complex technical solutions
  • Skilled in developing new markets systematically (market analysis and target account identification)
  • Possess network or demonstrated access to R&D / engineering departments within medical technology, diagnostics, or digital health companies (not limited to procurement)
