Head of AMEA Partnering
A global biotech company is seeking a Head of AMEA Partnering. The selected candidate will lead and execute the regional partnering strategy, managing high-value partnerships from assessment to execution. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of the AMEA partnering roadmap in alignment with global strategy and regional priorities
- Manage commercial partnerships from evaluation to deal closure, including engagement, due diligence, and negotiations
- Structure and secure agreements that balance growth potential with risk management
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to progress deals from concept to signed contracts
- Build and maintain strategic external relationships to position the company as a partner of choice
- Lead and develop the Business Development and Alliance Management team to achieve strategic objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 15 years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, or partnerships within life sciences, healthcare, or relevant industries
- More than 7 years of management experience
- Knowledge of European healthcare markets and commercial landscape
