アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager

A global financial services organisation is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage key client relationships, provide exceptional service and operational support, and identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients as the primary relationship contact
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with international stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
• Handle settlement, custody, corporate actions, cash transfer, and other financial service-related requests
• Build strong client relationships and identify new business development opportunities
• Resolve complex client issues, support service implementation, and deliver post-sales support
• Conduct client training sessions and communicate service updates, enhancements, and industry developments

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the fund industry
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in banks/brokers in the financial market
• Prior operations or middle office or client service experience
• Proven experience in financial industry segment
