アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager

A global credit insurance company is looking for an Account Manager, Commercial. The selected candidate will manage client relationships and account portfolios while driving renewals, revenue growth, and business development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, brokers, and business partners
• Manage account portfolios to improve renewals, profitability, customer satisfaction, and sales performance
• Advise clients on suitable insurance solutions and prepare quotations, proposals, and renewal offers
• Identify cross-selling, upselling, and business development opportunities within existing accounts
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, marketing, and commercial support teams to address client needs
• Monitor market developments, share commercial insights, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of sales experience
• Experience with contract management, renewals, and contract lifecycle management
• Knowledge of risk management principles
• Understanding of the credit insurance industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level English
