リードアカウントマネージャー/ Lead Account Manager
A renowned information services company is looking for a Lead Account Manager. The selected candidate will lead account management teams, strengthen healthcare customer relationships, and drive growth for clinical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing account management team
- Set team objectives, KPIs, and development plans
- Build executive-level relationships with healthcare stakeholders
- Develop strategic account plans to improve retention, adoption, and growth
- Drive new and renewal sales while supporting contract discussions
- Partner with internal teams to improve customer experience and align local needs with business priorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience (healthcare, financial services, or other solution-based industries is ideal)
- More than 3 years of B2B sales team management
- Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience selling digital solutions, e-learning, or SaaS
- Prior in solution-based or intangible product sales background
