セールスアカウントマネージャー/ Sales Account Manager
A renowned petroleum products manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage lubricant and fuel additive sales, strengthen customer relationships, and support pricing, forecasting, and market intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Promote lubricant and fuel additive products to customers in the oil and lubricants industry
- Develop customer strategies to improve profitability and long-term account value
- Analyse sales potential, prepare forecasts, and track business performance
- Manage pricing strategies, expense budgets, and customer profitability targets
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve product quality concerns and customer complaints
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and new product opportunities
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in chemical sales, product management, or technical service
- Experience in customer account management, including development of customer strategies and issue resolution
- Prior experience and/or professional network within the lubricants or related industries
- Knowledge of lubricant/additives value chain and OEM requirements
- Prior knowledge of the chemicals and lubricant additives industry, including value chain and market dynamics
- Excellent customer relationship management and influencing skills
- Business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline
