アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager
A foreign healthcare and security services company is looking for an Account Manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing SME client accounts, supporting account growth, and ensuring timely renewal execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME client accounts through all stages of the client journey
- Support onboarding, engagement, utilisation, account extension, and timely renewal execution
- Develop, manage, and progress a pipeline of renewal and extension opportunities to support successful and timely closing and reporting
- Apply value and targeted relationship selling methodologies
- Demonstrate adaptability, creativity, innovation, and initiative to drive success measures
- Exercise strategic thinking and critical judgment in account management activities
- Maintain strong customer orientation for internal and external stakeholders
- Utilise technical knowledge of services to support client needs and account growth
- Apply commercial acumen, including successful negotiation skills, to protect profitability and increase gross profit
- Manage time effectively while maintaining responsiveness and appropriate prioritisation
- Demonstrate strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Continuously develop as an Account Management professional
- Collaborate effectively within teams while maintaining individual ownership and an action-oriented mindset
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- More than 5 years in a Client or Customer engagement role in a B2B environment
- Experience in successful communication with Clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience working in a multicultural/international environment
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Native level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
