A global luxury leather goods company is looking for a Store Manager. The selected candidate will drive commercial performance, develop a high-performing team, strengthen client relationships, and ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive commercial performance and achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets
• Analyse KPIs and product performance to implement targeted action plans
• Coach, motivate, recruit, and develop the store team while fostering a strong team culture
• Strengthen client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards
• Manage store operations, including staffing, compliance, inventory, maintenance, and disciplinary matters
• Communicate HQ directives effectively and provide actionable insights to support business decisions

Requirements:

• Experience in store management in a luxury brand
• Business level English
