ストアマネージャー/ Store Manager

A multinational luxury leather goods company is looking for a Store Manager. The selected candidate will drive commercial performance, lead and develop store teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and oversee daily retail operations while ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Define and achieve quantitative and qualitative business objectives
• Analyse daily sales performance and product category KPIs
• Implement action plans to achieve sales targets
• Provide qualitative feedback and actionable insights to headquarters
• Maintain effective communication between the store and headquarters
• Motivate, coach, and develop store team members
• Identify, attract, and recruit talent in collaboration with Retail Management, HRBP, and Talent Acquisition teams
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• Promote brand values internally and externally
• Oversee clienteling activities to strengthen customer loyalty
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising, store presentation, and grooming standards
• Manage disciplinary matters in collaboration with HRBP and the Area Manager
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, HR, and internal policies
• Optimise staff scheduling in line with business needs, budgets, and regulations
• Oversee stock management and inventory control with the Stock Team
• Manage store maintenance to uphold brand image
