店舗企画マネージャー/ Store Planning Manager

A multinational luxury fashion company is looking for a Store Planning Manager. The selected candidate will oversee store planning projects, facility maintenance, budget management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure retail spaces align with brand standards and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage store opening, renewal, and refurbishment projects from planning through execution
• Coordinate store layouts in line with headquarters design standards
• Manage vendors and contractors to ensure quality, timelines, and cost control
• Oversee the maintenance of store facilities, fixtures, and equipment
• Manage procurement and stock control for store fixtures and equipment
• Monitor project budgets and capital expenditure in collaboration with Retail and Finance teams
• Communicate and report project progress to the headquarters Architecture team
• Coordinate space planning projects, including office relocations
• Collaborate with Store and Visual Merchandising teams to deliver projects efficiently
• Provide recommendations to improve store operations
• Support furniture-related projects based on customer requirements

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in store design, architecture, interior design, or store planning within the luxury industry or a related field
• Detailed knowledge of department store operations and external retail events
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
