店舗人材育成シニアマネージャー/ Retail Training & Development Sr. Manager

A multinational lifestyle fashion brand is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Training & Development. The selected candidate will identify business needs, develop and deliver training and development solutions, enhance selling and leadership capabilities, elevate customer experience, and support brand transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyse business needs and plan and deliver training and development solutions for Retail and Outlet
• Develop and execute training solutions that support business objectives across sales, market share, profitability, customer experience, and sustained growth
• Build knowledge, confidence, selling skills, and leadership capabilities across retail teams
• Improve selling skills for all staff and leadership capabilities for Store Leaders and above
• Drive improvements in conversion, productivity, and new customer acquisition, including Gen Z customers
• Elevate customer experience and support improvements in customer scores
• Partner with Channel Head, Regional Leaders, and HR to deliver training and development solutions effectively through training-the-trainer programmes, tools, materials, and HR projects
• Contribute to brand transformation by enhancing fashion acumen across the organisation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Channel Head, Regional Leaders, Store Leaders, HR, APAC RT&D, GPOD, Buying, and Global Customer Experience teams
• Coordinate with external training vendors and venues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience as a Store Manager, Stylist, or MD in fashion or apparel brands with the ability to deliver training
• Training planning and execution experience in Fashion or Luxury industries
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external business partners
• Experience collaborating effectively with team members
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in management training such as Situational Leadership or Coaching Training
• Working experience in a fast-moving US company or culture
• Passion for people development
