A global luxury goods company is looking for a Retail Excellence Senior Manager. The selected candidate will drive retail performance, optimise store operations, lead promotional initiatives, and develop high-performing retail teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales plans, monitor performance, and support store events and made-to-order initiatives
• Plan and execute retail events, promotional campaigns, and client engagement activities to drive sales growth
• Manage budgets, track campaign results, and mitigate operational and customer-related risks
• Enhance store operations by implementing standards, improving processes, and monitoring execution across stores
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand image, retail efficiency, and business performance
• Lead retail capability development through training programs, community management, and team coaching

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience in retail
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
