リテールパフォーマンス＆オペレーション シニアマネージャー/ Retail Performance & Ops

An international luxury fashion company is looking for a Retail Performance and Operations Senior Manager. The selected candidate will drive retail performance and operational excellence by leading boutique projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting digital transformation, and ensuring successful project deployment across boutiques.

Responsibilities:

• Lead retail performance and retail operation projects across boutiques
• Manage the rollout and ongoing operation of after-sales, reporting, induction, and digital tool initiatives
• Act as the key liaison between local project teams and the central Retail Performance and Operation team
• Plan and organise project rollout and operational phases
• Deliver training and prepare boutique teams to successfully adopt new initiatives
• Communicate local business requirements to headquarters
• Share project updates and best practices with regional stakeholders
• Ensure the successful implementation of retail performance and operational projects
• Monitor project performance following rollout through regular boutique visits
• Collect feedback, provide operational support, and deliver additional training when required
• Collaborate with retail and cross-functional teams to resolve operational and performance challenges
• Drive initiatives that maximise boutique performance and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience or deep knowledge of retail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Training, facilitation, and organisational skills
• Strong interest in digital initiatives and digital tools
• Ability to understand headquarters and boutique priorities and challenges
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
