ブランドリテールスーパーバイザー/ Supervisor Brand Retail

A renowned international consumer goods company is looking for a Supervisor Brand Retail. The selected candidate will lead retail strategies, oversee operations, and drive store performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor annual plans based on KPIs and consumer insights
• Execute in-store operational and commercial initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Mentor and coach brand retail executives and third-party operators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution quality and customer satisfaction
• Partner with global retail teams to optimise operations and business results
• Manage financial transactions related to sales and retail operations in compliance with policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 8 years of experience in FMCG/global brands, direct to consumer retail business with a focus on retail operations, retail marketing, consumer research/insights, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Understanding of POS, Staff scheduling tools, CRM tool, etc.
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese and English
