小売事業運営マネージャー/ Retail Operations Manager

A global apparel company is looking for a Retail Operations Manager. The selected candidate will optimise workflows, standardise processes, and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance store performance and prepare for new system implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse sales performance and KPIs to identify issues and support data-driven action planning
• Develop and manage seasonal store action plans, including events, promotions, and campaigns
• Review, redesign, and standardise operational processes while maintaining manuals and guidelines
• Lead operational readiness and coordination for the implementation of a new POS system
• Create and maintain accurate sales and inventory reports using Excel
• Collect store feedback, address improvement requests, and share best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and support retail projects
• Perform administrative tasks and contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of retail operations experience at the HQ level in apparel or FMCG
• Experience working with numerical data such as sales, inventory, and KPIs
• In-store retail experience is ideal (Store Manager or Assistant Manager)
• Hands-on project management experience in IT or operations is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF statements)
• Familiarity with POS or SFA systems preferred
• Business level written and reading English and Japanese
