Senior Director

A global apparel company is looking for a Senior Director/Director, Full Price Retail. The selected candidate will lead all aspects of full-price retail operations, driving profitability, operational excellence, and team development across store locations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans for full-price retail stores, including revenue, inventory, staffing, SG&A, and EBIT
• Analyse monthly and annual sales, forecasts, and budgets to identify issues and maximise performance
• Oversee strategic retail portfolio initiatives, including new stores, renovations, and relocations
• Implement marketing, CRM, and promotional strategies to drive conversion and customer loyalty
• Ensure stores maintain brand image, visual standards, and operational procedures
• Manage recruitment, training, development, and performance of retail staff
• Collaborate with Finance, Planning, Merchandising, and VM teams on sales, inventory, and allocation
• Provide leadership and direction to the Retail Operations management team to achieve KPIs and staff engagement

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of management experience in the retail industry
• Experience in retail operations, team management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficient in retail strategy, business planning, and marketing methodologies
• Ability and willingness to travel
