商品企画 シニアマネージャー/ Merchandising Senior Manager

A multinational luxury fashion company is looking for a Merchandising Senior Manager / Manager, Men's. The successful candidate will develop merchandising strategies, manage seasonal buying and forecasting, optimise product assortments, and drive sales performance across the men's business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead seasonal buying sessions and manage Open-to-Buy budgets
• Develop merchandising strategies and store assortments to maximise sales performance
• Forecast permanent collections and monitor seasonal sell-through with in-season action plans
• Manage merchandise replenishment across stores and e-commerce channels
• Prepare merchandising presentations, customer events, and retail management reports
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support MTM and Tailoring initiatives

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in merchandising within the retail fashion industry
• Team management experience
• Strong numerical, analytical, and data analysis skills
• Strong PC skills, especially MS Excel
• Interest in retail and market trends
• Passion for fashion
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 800+)
