A foreign consumer goods company is searching for an Influencer Marketing role. The chosen candidate will be executing influencer and affiliate marketing strategies, managing partnerships and campaigns, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute influencer and affiliate marketing strategies for the Japanese market
• Build and manage relationships with domestic affiliate networks (A8 and Rakuten) and content creators
• Manage influencer and affiliate campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CVR, and revenue growth
• Collaborate with the Business Development, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to plan and execute promotional initiatives
• Identify and develop scalable creator partnerships across Japan

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing
• Proven ability to scale influencer or affiliate channels with clear ROI accountability
• Deep fluency in the Japan digital ecosystem (Instagram, YouTube, X, affiliate platforms)
• Stakeholder management skills
• Business level Japanese (essential) and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with affiliate networks and influencer agencies
