ペット＆EC CDエクセレンススペシャリスト/ Pet & EC CD Excellence Specialist

A global pet nutrition company is looking for a Pet & EC CD Excellence Specialist. The selected candidate will manage customer programmes, analyse retail and promotional data, develop in-store tools, and lead field succession planning to optimise commercial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of Retail Environment strategy and 7P action plans
• Communicate 7P strategies and action plans to the Customer Development team and provide necessary training and education
• Work closely with Customer Development teams to identify barriers and develop solutions to improve execution
• Track KPIs for 7P strategies and actions and identify issues and opportunities for optimisation
• Manage key customer programmes such as Field Merchandiser and Nutrition Consultant
• Track KPIs for key customer plans and identify issues and opportunities for optimisation
• Analyse promotion and campaign ROI across focus channels and provide feedback to optimise performance
• Create digital and physical in-store tools, including POP and leaflets, and coordinate with agencies
• Analyse and create planograms
• Build and track store visit plans and conduct analysis to achieve appropriate results
• Develop improvement plans based on store visit analysis
• Coordinate with field merchandising agencies to implement optimal field plans
• Communicate with Pet Territory Managers to implement optimal field plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in similar roles in sales, customer development, trade, retail, or customer marketing
• Strong understanding of respective retail environments, customers, shoppers, and categories to implement retail environment strategies and customer plans
• Analytics skills covering POS, ID-POS, promotion ROI, and campaigns
• Planogram skills
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs; MS Office Suite; Intage SRI
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% for regular store checks and customer meeting participation
