FCマネージャー/ FC Manager

An eCommerce company is looking for a Fulfilment Centre Manager. The selected candidate will lead teams to teams to operate with excellence, safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve warehouse operations to ensure smooth processes from receiving to shipping
• Lead and oversee staffing, hiring, training and performance of fulfilment canter staff
• Lead efforts to enhance processes by optimizing workflows and applying best practices
• Track and analyse KPIs to meet targets and address issues
• Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure aligned goals and smooth operations
• Serve as the main contact for escalations, quickly resolving operational issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 7 years of professional experience
• Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment centre setting
• Prior experience in hiring talent as an interviewer or a hiring manager is preferred
• Knowledge of business operations (finance, legal, HR, logistics, eCommerce, tech) is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Professional level Japanese and English
