資産運用アソシエイト/ Asset Management Associate

A global real estate investment firm is looking for an Asset Management Associate. The selected candidate will support senior asset managers in optimising asset performance, managing reporting, valuations, leasing activities, and long-term financial modeling. This is a direct contract and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Support asset managers in maximising returns aligned with risk profiles and fund objectives
• Prepare asset management reports including asset plans, budgets, lease and capex approvals
• Coordinate quarterly and annual asset valuations
• Manage leasing activities, rent reviews, and lease renewals with internal teams and consultants
• Analyse asset performance and track results against benchmarks with fund managers
• Develop and maintain long-term cash flow models

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in real estate, construction, engineering, law, economics or finance is a plus
• Experience in the financial industry or the Asset Management function within the real estate sector (asset management, leasing, property management, valuation is ideal)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Professional level Japanese and English
