SCMアナリスト/ SCM Analyst

An international food and protein company is looking for an SCM Analyst. The chosen applicant will support value-added processing operations by managing relationships, coordinating production, and monitoring costs and yields.

Responsibilities:

• Relationship management with processing plants, carriers, and clients
• Negotiation with processing plants and transportation companies
• Daily follow-up of processes, commercial planning, and production control
• Creation of reports (with potential for automation) to control yields, costs, and overall production
  results
• Plant visits for quality control and general business understanding
• Other tasks related to the value-added processing (VAP) operation

Requirements:

• Engineering or general process-related background (not exclusionary)
• Previous experience in a similar role or in processes in general
• Advanced Excel
• Knowledge and use of AI tools (Claude preferred); not exclusionary
• Critical thinking
• Analytical skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
