デマンドプランナー/ Demand Planner

A multinational fashion company is looking for a Demand Planner. The role involves supporting S&OP processes and aligning demand plans with commercial and supply chain objectives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SKU and channel-level demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical models
• Analyse forecast accuracy, bias, and variances to identify improvement opportunities
• Support monthly S&OP cycles by preparing demand reviews, consolidating insights, and aligning assumptions across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and global supply chain teams to integrate commercial plans, product launches, and promotions into demand forecasts
• Optimise inventory coverage and product availability while mitigating supply risks, stock-outs, and excess inventory
• Track key KPIs, improve planning processes, reduce forecast volatility and air freight usage, and communicate demand outlooks to local and global stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in demand and supply planning
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or FMCG
• Knowledge of retail and distribution industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel overseas
• Professional level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 800+ is a plus)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with Power Pivot and SQL
