在庫計画担当者/ Inventory Planner

A global electronics manufacturing company is looking for an Inventory Planner. The selected candidate will manage inventory planning, replenishment, back orders and stock optimisation. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse inventory and demand trends to support effective stock planning
• Manage inventory levels and replenishment activities to maintain product availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve demand planning and forecasting
• Identify opportunities to optimise inventory and minimise excess and obsolete stock
• Monitor inventory performance and prepare reports on key inventory metrics
• Improve inventory management processes and planning efficiency
• Monitor back orders and coordinate actions to support timely order fulfilment
• Review demand patterns and stock profiles to improve product availability
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on inventory and delivery matters
• Address inventory-related enquiries from commercial and customer service teams
• Drive initiatives to improve back order management and order availability
• Coordinate inventory allocation and maintain effective planning policies

Requirements:

• Experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, and order fulfilment
• Skilled in inventory management software, ERP systems such as SAP
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level reading, written, and spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in inventory expediting, customer service, or supply chain management
• Prior experience working in a global matrix organisation
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
