サプライチェーンスペシャリスト/ Supply Chain Specialist

An international spirit company is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist. The selected applicant will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations across the Asia region. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across 14 Asian markets
• Prepare, review, and manage import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and other required shipping documents
• Coordinate with domestic and international freight forwarders, warehouses, and logistics providers, and manage shipment schedules and delivery timelines
• Develop and coordinate supply and shipment plans with HQ
• Communicate and coordinate with Sub-Distributors across Asia as well as internal cross-functional teams
• Analyse inventory based on order trends across Asian markets, maintain and optimise appropriate inventory levels, and manage inventory allocation across markets
• Support new product launches, including SKU setup, product master data management, and label creation
• Prepare and analyse logistics KPIs, inventory data, and various reports using Salesforce and other systems
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within supply chain operations
• Perform double-checks and oversight of domestic delivery operations in Japan, with day-to-day execution primarily handled by part-time and outsourced support staff
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects involving Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, and HQ
• Support Sub-Distributors across Asia to ensure smooth and timely order placement and fulfilment

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of professional work experience
• Practical experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export operations
• Experience driving cross-functional projects
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to represent a luxury brand and communicate professionally
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in Demand Planning or Inventory Planning
• Professional experience in the FMCG, food, or alcoholic beverage industry
• Experience using business systems such as Salesforce, ERP, or Power BI
• Experience in process improvement, digital transformation (DX), or project management
