輸入シニアスペシャリスト/ Import Senior Specialist

A multinational fashion brand is looking for an Import Senior Specialist. The selected applicant will manage import/export operations, logistics, and related systems while collaborating with internal and external teams. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and manage import/export operations for Company products, promotional items, and other special request goods
• Perform daily data entry and operations using the ERP system (Microsoft AX)
• Train and support temporary staff within the team
• Handle issues such as damage or misdeliveries during international transportation
• Apply to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for leather shoe tariff quotas and manage the progress and usage
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Global Logistics team, including re-invoice processing, handling international transportation issues, promoting transport efficiency, reporting, and participating in various projects
• Support import/export operations for goods used in business department events and campaigns, including ATA Carnet operations
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, including transportation service management, regular business reviews, and EU-Japan EPA application management
• Coordinate with the IT department and external system integrators on IT projects and system amaintenance/management, including RPA
• Participate in global freight forwarder bidding projects conducted every five years

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of practical experience in trade operations
• More than 2 years of leadership experience
• Experience in data entry and operations using ERP systems
• Experience in labour management, work guidance, and training of temporary staff
• Experience participating in global projects
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Decision-making, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Trade operation experience in luxury brands, fashion, or cosmetics industries
• User experience with IT systems (including requirements definition and communication with external system integrators)
• Experience as a team leader
