サプライプランナー/ Supply Planner

An international luxury goods company is looking for a Supply Planner. The selected candidate will manage supply planning and inventory in Japan, lead the local S&OP process, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and the France Supply Chain team to ensure appropriate product supply. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop supply plans based on sales performance, inventory levels, market trends, and promotional plans
• Analyse supply plans and improve planning accuracy
• Coordinate lead times and delivery schedules with the Supply Chain team in France
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the S&OP process in Japan
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders
• Optimise inventory levels and manage stock-out and excess inventory risks
• Set appropriate model stock levels and monitor replenishment rates with Marketing
• Develop supply plans for new products, limited editions, seasonal products, and promotional items
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and propose improvements
• Standardise business processes and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, or related Supply Chain functions
• Knowledge and/or practical experience in S&OP, demand forecasting, and inventory management
• Strong PC skills, particularly MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
