コマーシャルプランニング シニアアナリスト/ Commercial Planning Sr. Analyst

A global food manufacturing company is looking for a Commercial Planning Senior Analyst. The selected candidate will develop demand and shipment plans, monitor commercial performance, and provide analysis to support sales, inventory, and portfolio decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual demand plans, sales targets, and quarterly forecasts
• Prepare weekly shipment forecasts and address deviations from plan
• Monitor sales and shipment performance across commercial, operations, and finance teams
• Support inventory management by addressing excess and critical stock issues
• Identify portfolio opportunities based on production capacity and market demand
• Prepare analytical reports, business scenarios, and planning insights for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, business administration, economics, supply chain, logistics, and national trade
• Experience in planning processes, particularly focusing on production planning, S&OP process, logistics, customer service or sales planning
• Prior experience in Food products import and export planning (Poultry is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English
