生産計画担当/ Master Scheduler

A renowned healthcare company is looking for a Master Scheduler. The selected candidate will manage production and material planning, optimise scheduling systems, and coordinate supply chain plans across key business functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop production schedules and purchasing plans based on demand, capacity, and inventory
  • Coordinate planning activities with Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, and Commercial teams
  • Resolve production delays, material shortages, and capacity constraints
  • Manage and optimise MRP systems while monitoring supply chain KPIs
  • Support S&OP and continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes
  • Adjust plans to changing business needs and provide day-to-day guidance to new team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in master planning or production planning within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Business level reading, written, and verbal Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in the medical device industry
  • Possess valid CPIM or APICS certification
