SCMスペシャリスト/ SCM Specialist

A renowned computer hardware and software company is looking for an SCM Specialist. The selected candidate will manage demand and supply planning, coordinate sample builds, optimise logistics, maintain operational data, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Manage finished goods demand plans and roll forecasts to EMS suppliers
• Coordinate component planning and align supply with mass production requirements
• Drive supplier supply plans, resolve demand and supply gaps, and flag inventory risks
• Operate SAP for purchase orders, receiving, and other supply chain transactions
• Oversee NPI sample material readiness and coordinate build requirements with RD and PM
• Monitor product movement, optimise logistics routes, ensure compliance, and support operational improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• Proficient in Japanese and English (Chinese is ideal)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Professional level Japanese and English
