サプライチェーンシニアアソシエイト/ Supply Chain Senior Associate

A multinational business services company is looking for a Supply Chain Senior Associate. The successful candidate will drive process improvements, manage supply chain projects, monitor operational performance, and optimise inventory, vendor, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct process improvement initiatives through bottleneck and root cause analysis
• Monitor and improve KPIs, including OTIF, inventory accuracy, and vendor performance
• Coordinate with vendors to improve quality, optimise costs, and enhance operational workflows
• Lead supply chain projects, including new operations, business expansion, and business process re-engineering initiatives
• Support inventory management, purchasing, demand forecasting, and warehouse operations
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with stakeholders to improve supply chain performance

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Proven experience in process improvement using Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies
• Strong data analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Ability and willingness to work in a VUCA environment
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in business process re-engineering (BPR)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure organisation
• Experience working in a matrix organisation
• Business level English
