Head of Supply Chain

A global consumer goods company is looking for a Head of Supply Chain. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, drive strategic initiatives, optimise logistics and inventory, and develop a high-performing team to support business growth. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, logistics, inventory, warehousing, purchasing, and distribution
• Optimise inventory, forecasting accuracy, service levels, and operational efficiency
• Manage logistics partners, vendor performance, customs compliance, and cost optimisation
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes, ERP systems, and data reporting
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team while collaborating with global teams on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience in supply chain or operations leadership within manufacturing or FMCG
• Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain functions and delivering business impact
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial drivers
• Strong IT literacy with ERP, data analysis, and planning systems experience
• Professional level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Master's degree
