デマンドプランナー/ Demand Planner

An international consumer goods company is looking for a Demand Planner. The successful candidate will develop accurate demand forecasts, optimise inventory levels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support effective demand and supply planning for product launches. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with relevant departments to maximise supply capacity while maintaining optimal inventory levels
• Generate 24-month demand forecasts for each SKU
• Identify and resolve demand and supply gaps in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Analyse sales trends and forecast accuracy to improve inventory optimisation
• Ensure timely demand and supply planning for product launches
• Manage post-launch demand and supply to maintain optimal inventory levels

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and support decision-making
• Strong numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and evaluate performance
• Knowledge of business operations and commercial drivers
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in relevant tools, systems, and technologies
• Professional level Japanese and English
