サプライチェーン管理部長/ SCM Director

A global medical devices manufacturer is seeking an experienced SCM Director. The successful candidate will oversee demand planning, distribution, and customer care to ensure optimal efficiency and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead regional supply chain strategy development and execution aligned with business goals
• Oversee demand planning, manufacturing requirements, and inventory management to maintain optimal service levels
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with global quality and operational standards
• Manage distribution operations, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient, and compliant delivery performance
• Develop and guide teams through effective leadership, fostering collaboration and professional growth
• Establish customer-centric operations through strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and performance monitoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (supply chain, logistics, operations, or engineering); MBA is ideal
• More than 10 years of experience in supply chain
• More than 6 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, business system implementation, distribution centre, customer service and/or new product introductions is a plus
• More than 5 years of experience in people management
• Possess valid Six Sigma or supply chain certification is a plus
• Professional level Japanese and English
