SCMスーパーバイザー/ SCM Supervisor

An international automotive organisation is seeking a PG&A SCM Supervisor (Parts, Garments, Accessories). The selected candidate will drive PG&A retail sales growth, manage end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, and optimise inventory, merchandising, and dealer partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Drive PG&A retail sales growth in Japan through strategic partnerships with sales teams and dealers
• Conduct demand planning, product introduction, and pricing activities for PG&A products in Japan
• Manage ordering processes, customs clearance, and delivery scheduling to improve lead time and efficiency
• Collaborate with dealerships to meet stocking targets and minimise obsolete inventory
• Streamline warehouse operations and ensure optimal availability of PG&A inventory
• Design and implement logistics plans to support on-time product delivery
• Develop and execute merchandising and sales plans to identify opportunities that enhance PG&A performance
• Monitor and ensure effective operation of automated and linked storage systems

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in after-sales within the automotive industry
• Experience with PG&A
• Solid computer proficiency with common office software and digital tools
• Professional level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 (D365) system
• Genuine passion for motorcycles
• Possess a valid motorcycle licence
