シニアサプライチェーンアナリスト/ Supply Chain Senior Analyst

A global chemical company is looking for a Supply Chain Senior Analyst. The selected candidate will manage customer orders, coordinate supply and import operations, support quality and regulatory requests, and maintain smooth order-to-cash and inventory processes. This is a long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders, issue confirmations, and maintain accurate sales and commercial reports
• Communicate delivery schedules, order updates, and regulatory information to customers in a timely manner
• Handle quality claims, sample requests and returns, and support new product introduction coordination
• Coordinate supply plans, stock transfers, shipments, and post-clearance transactions to meet customer demand
• Prepare import records, tariff documents, duty and tax reports, and daily operational status reports
• Oversee inventory control, logistics cost reconciliation, document archiving, and 3PL operational support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• More than 2 years of experience in supply chain, inside sales, or logistics operations (multinational manufacturing/trading company is ideal)
• Experience with SAP
• Background in Japan import declaration procedures (Import A), customs clearance, and handling preferential tariffs (RCEP/EPA)
• Proficient in SAP SD/MM modules (SO, STO, PGI, PGR, etc.)
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Business level written and verbal Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the chemical or industrial goods industry
