供給・在庫データアナリスト/ Supply & Inventory Data Analyst

A global medical technology company is looking for a Supply & Inventory Data Analyst. The selected candidate will analyse supply and inventory data, develop dashboards, and deliver insights to support planning decisions and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting for supply and inventory planning using Power BI and Excel
• Write and optimise SQL queries to extract and transform data from ERP and BI systems
• Develop data models and standard definitions to ensure consistent reporting across stakeholders
• Partner with planners and cross-functional teams to identify issues and recommend data-driven actions
• Monitor and improve data quality across master and transactional data
• Support planners in maintaining accurate master data, including parameters and lead times
• Document reporting logic to ensure reliability and transparency in planning processes
• Drive work optimisation by identifying repetitive tasks and supporting automation initiatives using AI and RPA tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
• More than 3 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or supply chain analytics
• Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Experience with RPA or AI tools such as Power Automate or UiPath
• Proficient in SQL query writing and optimisation
• Skilled in Power BI, including data modelling and visualisation design; Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Pivot
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP and supply chain data structures
• Proficient in Japanese and English
