SCMプランナー/ SCM Planner

A well-known medical device manufacturer is looking for an SCM Planner. The selected candidate will lead demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory planning, SAP master data maintenance, and the local S&OP process to support stable operations and service levels.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse demand at product family and SKU level to build accurate demand plans
• Develop supply plans through scenario analysis to balance risk, service, and inventory
• Create and validate purchase plans and purchase orders for assigned product lines
• Build inventory projections and business plans for assigned products
• Maintain item master data in SAP and ensure planning data accuracy
• Lead the local S&OP process and collaborate with internal teams, global stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners to improve forecast accuracy, customer service, inventory control, and scrap reduction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is ideal
• More than 5 years of experience in planning or related functions
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with MS Access, Power BI, Power Query, or other analytical tools
• Prior experience with SAP (MM) and APO
• Proven experience in the medical industry
• Possess valid ASCM CPIM certification
