供給計画マネージャー/ Supply Planning Manager

A multinational chemical company is looking for a Supply Planning Manager. The selected candidate will lead supply planning operations, drive S&OP activities, and optimise inventory, cost, and performance to support profitable business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the supply planning team to achieve defined business targets
• Design and implement end-to-end supply planning processes, including production, tolling, merchandise, and raw material planning
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and effective response to customer demand
• Establish and manage inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and working capital efficiency
• Define, monitor, and improve supply chain KPIs through corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Optimise service levels, logistics costs, and operational efficiency to enhance profitability
• Maintain strong collaboration with internal functions and external partners, including suppliers and logistics providers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields
• More than 10 years of experience in supply chain management
• More than 3 years of solid leadership experience
• Experience with DG storage and handling requirements
• Proficient in supply chain planning, KPI management, and inventory control
• Skilled in SAP, MS Office Suite, and WMS/MES systems
• Professional level Japanese and English
