カスタマーQAエンジニア/ Customer Quality Assurance Engineer

An international technology manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Quality Assurance Engineer. The successful candidate will handle customer quality inquiries, coordinate with overseas plants, respond to customer audits, improve product and operational process quality, and advance quality systems.

Responsibilities:

• Handle quality inquiries from domestic and international customers regarding connector products manufactured at overseas plants
• Communicate with customers and overseas plants by email and phone
• Handle customer samples and samples in logistics warehouses
• Confirm symptoms of samples returned by customers
• Review and translate reports received from overseas plants
• Submit quality reports to customers
• Improve manufacturing quality and contribute to customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer audits
• Lead relevant departments in improving product quality and operational process quality
• Drive quality system improvements to prevent issues and recurrence
• Collaborate with quality engineers across domestic and overseas manufacturing plants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in technical field
• Proactively communicate with suppliers, internal departments and customers
• Willingness to tackle tasks in collaboration with stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP
• Business level English and Japanese
