シニアQA/ Senior QA

An international cosmetics ingredients company is looking for a Senior QA professional. The selected candidate will establish quality systems, oversee QA activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous quality improvement across manufacturing operations. This is a hybrid and flexi-time role.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement quality assurance systems, procedures, and standards for the organisation and new manufacturing facility
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, specifications, COAs, change controls, and complaint handling processes
• Lead quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites and external contract manufacturers
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements
• Investigate quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to strengthen quality management systems and support manufacturing expansion

Requirements:

• Experience creating and operating QA systems and procedures in line with actual manufacturing operations
• Prior QA experience within manufacturing industries (cosmetics, cosmetic ingredients, chemical products)
• Proven experience in quality control, audits, supplier management, and continuous improvement activities
• Understanding of QA (Product specifications, COA management, Change control, Customer complaint handling)
• Native level Japanese; business level English
