クオリティPMO/ Quality PMO

A global chemical and advanced materials company is looking for a Quality PMO. The selected candidate will manage quality projects, coordinate cross-functional activities, support audits and management reviews, and follow up on corrective actions and quality improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Drive quality improvement projects by managing schedules, progress, resources, and project KPIs
• Identify and escalate risks and issues affecting quality projects
• Verify project activities meet Quality Management System and customer requirements
• Ensure consistency with quality manuals, procedures, records, and other documentation frameworks
• Drive and follow up on change management and corrective actions
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales departments on quality initiatives
• Collaborate with global sites and support overseas quality projects
• Manage progress of IATF and ISO audit responses
• Follow up on Corrective Action Request and Opportunity for Improvement responses
• Assist in preparing materials for management reviews

Requirements:

• Practical experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
• Foundational knowledge of Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Experience driving projects and process improvements
• Knowledge of project management and associated tools
• Understanding of quality tools including RCCA, FMEA, and PPAP
• Possess a valid Internal auditor certification
• Proficient in English; professional level Japanese
