QAスタッフ/ QA Staff

A multinational automotive company is seeking a Technical Service & Quality Management, Aftermarket professional. The selected candidate will plan and deliver training, manage product quality claims, investigate issues, communicate findings to customers and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to improve product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute training on product quality and reliability for external and internal stakeholders
• Develop up-to-date technical materials including brochures and videos
• Implement training KPIs and evaluate results
• Act as the point of contact for claims and inquiries regarding product quality issues
• Investigate product claims and communicate findings to customers
• Visit customers to explain product claim reports
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service departments to support problem-solving processes
• Work closely with Product Managers and suppliers to improve product quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in quality management and/or technical service in the automotive industry
• Experience in onsite maintenance
• Knowledge or experience in the aftermarket industry
• Business level Japanese; conversational level English
