大手自動車部品メーカーにて、サプライヤー開発エンジニアの募集です。部品やプロジェクトの開発において社内外のパートナーとの協力を推進する業務に従事していただきます。英語でのコミュケーションが必須となります。勤務地は群馬県です。

職務内容:

  • 生産開始前に、開発チームと協働し、購入部品の品質を玉成
  • APQP手法の遂行
  • 調達プロセスおよび社内ゲートレビューへの支援・参加
  • 顧客スケジュールに沿って、必要な成果物を期限通りに提供
  • サプライヤー責任に関わる顧客からのクレーム管理
  • サプライヤーとの品質改善活動
  • 調達活動への積極的参加・支援
  • 開発ニーズに応じたサプライヤー監査・訪問
  • サプライヤーでの不具合管理
  • 新規開発プロジェクトにおける使用材料の選定基準遵守

必須要件:

  • 大卒（機械工学、メカトロニクス工学、産業工学、または同等）、または相当の実務経歴
  • 産業分野での経験5年以上
  • 品質関連業務経験2年以上
  • FMEA、統計的工程管理、プロセス能力分析、問題解決手法などの品質ツールの使用経験
  • 3などの監査経験
  • 金属、プラスチックおよび関連する製造プロセスに関する強い知識
  • IATF16949などの品質規格、環境・サステナビリティ・安全要件に関する知識
  • コミュニケーションレベルの英語力
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力
